20MAY20) regarding the exchange process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 01SEP20, section A shall be applied in the following edition:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A) Ticket exchange<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Double exchange1 (excluding the amount of exchanges made earlier on 01MAY2020 for domestic routes and earlier on 01SEP20 for international routes) without penalties for changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 with keeping the possibility of repeated application of the specified scheme in case of cancellation of a SU flight on a reissued ticket<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1) First:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>on the same route2 for any other dates up to 30JUN21 inclusive (except for flights during blackout dates, see attached file) and flights in the same class of service without an additional payment (according to the rules of involuntary changes),<br>2 when intending to change the route, the way according to point B is applied<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2) Second:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>on the same route for any other dates and flights in the same class of service without an additional payment, subject to the availability of seats at the paid fare (if there are no seats in the same RBD, an additional cost difference will be charged), <br>or<\/li><li>on any route for any other dates with an additional cost difference (if any) according to the rules of the applied fares.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When exchanging for the first time on the same route, the expiration date of the new ticket is set to 30JUN21 inclusive, and in the case of a canceled flight &#8211; within the expiration date of the original ticket, if it comes later than 30JUN21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In other cases, the expiration date of a new ticket is set up to 30JUN21 inclusively or within the validity period of a reissued ticket in accordance with the rules of the applied fare, whichever comes
